We want you to love your Frenchtooasst purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of eligible items under the terms below.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Items received after this period will not be accepted for a refund.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging
- Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
Additionally, items with a manufacturing defect or quality issue are eligible for return. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: undergarments, swimwear (if the hygienic liner has been removed), and any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email our team at info@frenchtooassts.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and further instructions. Do not ship items back without first receiving authorization.
Return Shipping & Fees
Returns are free for customers. We do not charge return shipping fees or restocking fees. The prepaid label will be issued at our expense.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are not applicable for a refund (if any were paid, but in our case shipping is free).
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, simply return the original item and place a new order through our website.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once a package is in transit, it cannot be canceled; you may refuse delivery or initiate a standard return after receiving it.
